We are looking for one of the roles for our esteemed client for the Hyderabad location. Position - AVP Training and Quality Experience: 17 years - 25 years Location: Hyderabad Our client is seeking an experienced and leadership-oriented person to join as an Associate Vice President-Training & Quality for Banking Vertical (including Collections). Associate vice presidents in this role will be responsible for: a. Insights and Innovation - Design and execute the Outside-In model within the Banking Vertical to generate client-specific business insights to improve their client retention, issue resolution, revenue generation, and other critical client outcomes. - Implement a quarterly cadence of reviewing the business insights with the vertical/account team to ensure complete alignment with the evolving customer expectations. - Build Global Capability for the Banking Vertical by providing strategic leadership, best practices, research, process standardization, and staff development - Keep up to date with the latest trends, innovation, and technology in the learning, customer experience, and interaction analytics space, including maintaining a detailed inventory/intelligence on what our competitors are doing within this practice. - Aid the business development effort towards developing Quality and Learning as-a-Service for key clients in the vertical b. Delivery - Lead, implement, and execute Continuous Improvement Framework processes, practices, and methods across all programs - Use global and industry-standard best practices to design, develop, and implement innovative learning/training solutions for our current and future clients - Own all key learning delivery KPIs (throughput, new hire performance, learner NPS, and others) across the entire learning/training end-to-end lifecycle. - Continuously improve the customer satisfaction, quality, and sales KPI's through the CI framework to deliver a 50% reduction in all defect types - Deliver a 10% increase in share of wallet in our top 10 accounts with quality coverage thru reduction of customer effort and touchpoints per resolution as well as a measurable reduction in learning curve - Manage the team budget by geo and drive efficiency improvement of 15% thru efficiency gains, productivity, and dollar savings in the budget - Represent both functions on internal and external forums c. Leadership and Development - Ensure that all leaders in both functions have a clear understanding of the vision, deliverables, and transformation priorities along with their expected contribution to these outcomes - Mentor, develop, and coach the team while working effectively in a global, matrixed environment and by developing effective relationships within the organization - Create future-ready leaders at all levels in the functions by evaluating the current capability and partnering with the capability development team to address specific skill development needs Our most successful candidates will have - 17 or more years of training/learning/quality/banking experience - Proficiency with numbers & reporting. Ability to track & report metrics across the vertical & clients - Experience in implementing and effectively managing a budget - Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner - Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player - Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues - Drive new, innovative, and measurable learning solutions with a focus on continuous and multi-generational upskilling, reskilling, talent retention, and engagement.
