Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives - Mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. - Drive demand generation initiatives to generate qualified leads and achieve revenue targets, leveraging various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships. - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. - Collaborate closely with the sales & leadership team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support the entire sales funnel. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. - Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns and programs that effectively position the company's products - Manage and own all marketing communication including the company's website, content, case studies, customer communications, blogs, sales decks, newsletters, videos, podcasts, webinars etc. Desired Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred - 4+ years of experience in SaaS, with relevant experience building and leading the marketing function - The candidate should have a heavy flavor of demand gen, along with experience managing other functions in marketing - Well-versed with different marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Ahref, SEO tools, and experience driving digital demand gen activities - Solid digital acquisition experience and a good understanding of SEO and how to scale the organic and direct channels - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong leadership and team management skills
