The key responsibilities that we are looking for in this person are: - Head and manage Outcome based Delivery for $40MM account. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Customer Relationship Management, Proposals, Issue and Escalation Management - Providing Strategic direction and realizing the same - Manage multiple programs / projects predominantly from Independent Quality Engineering (IQE) perspective. - Operations and Delivery Cost Management with P&L accountability - Experience working in Global Delivery Model with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Experience in Insurance Domain - P&C, Specialty, Worker's Compensation, Corporate Health Insurance and International - Experience in Test Automation along with CI, CT and DevOps
