- Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or CFA in 3 attempts or less - 1-2 years of experience in deal or transaction advisory, preferably from Big 4 consulting. - Financial Proficiency: Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, and valuation methods. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse large sets of data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings concisely and effectively. - Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools. - Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or other financial databases is a plus. - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analyses and documents. - Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
