Avener Capital - Coverage Sector Lead - Healthcare/Industrials/Education/Logistics Team

Avener Capital is looking for a senior leader within the Sector Lead Coverage Healthcare & Logistics (Hospitals & Warehousing) team, who will report to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial or healthcare sectors, including hospitals, specialty clinics, diagnostics chains, and allied services.

2. Strategic Advisory:

- Provide strategic guidance to clients on financing options, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure.

3. Deal Execution:

- Lead the execution of complex financial transactions, including equity offerings, debt issuances, and M&A.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.

4. Market Insights:

- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to inform clients and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities for clients.

5. Team Leadership:

- Mentor and lead a team and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Drive the professional development of team members through training and coaching.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on industrial/ education/ healthcare/logistics and allied sectors.

- Proven track record in client coverage and relationship management.

- Proven track record of successful financial sponsor management and transaction execution.

- Strong understanding of financial products and services related to infrastructure financing.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
