The role will be a part of the Equity Research Team covering Cements, Data Centre and Aerospace at the Institutional Equities business

Role & Responsibilities :

- The role requires the individual to have an analytical and research based approach

- The role impacts the investors group deeply, where they advise them on the intrinsic check points/inquiries that needs to be undertaken before an investment decision is made

- Detailed review and analysis of competitive landscape.

- Comparative study within the industry/competing/peer firms to draw up analysis which will strengthen the confidence of the investors

- Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis through financial modelling through historical data ad other relevant data sources

- The role strengthens the equity research team`s review on specific sector/industry/firms

Required Background :

- Should have the ability to synthesis insights from accounting and financial information disclosed by companies and regulators.

- Encouraging applicants with strong sector experience as well as from non equity research background to apply

- Preferably CA/CFA background

- Strong technical/conceptual understanding of finance and valuations

- Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance / perform analysis of companies and industries

- Strong business acumen & a multi-tasker with an eye for details

- MS Office skills should be proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
