To deliver on its business goals for this program, Avegen is seeking interest from applicants with project management experience in a strategy consulting/ healthcare/ consumer tech environment. The main areas of focus for this role will be to: - Lead the team operationally, manage deliverables from all workstreams. - Execute the project responsibly, identify bottlenecks, inter-dependencies and solve them independently - Be client-facing and address and/or relay their expectations - Track milestones, with weekly reporting on project status. Build slides and reports for stakeholder meetings - Balance stakeholder conflicts to develop win-win solutions - Secure the support of maternal care providers, professional organisations and policy makers Skill sets/Qualifications: - Masters- degree in a scientific/technical/business discipline - 3-5 years- experience in Project and product management - Understand and/ or have learning agility for the healthcare technology sector - Ability to balance strategic outlook and operational deliveries - Analytical, strategic and critical thinking - Should possess great communication and people management skills - Exposure to analytics tools will be an advantage - Candidates with an agile certification preferred
