Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations at our New Delhi center. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing teams, streamlining processes, and coordinating cross-functional activities within a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff across departments to achieve operational and customer service goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain functions to ensure timely availability of resources.
- Coordinate with the medical and healthcare teams to align operations with treatment protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Resolve operational challenges through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented industries.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software for reporting and analysis.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong focus on quality and efficiency.
