Avantor - Senior Manager - Applications/Technical Sales - Single Use Solutions

The Opportunity:

Avantor Fluid Handling (AFH) is seeking a Senior Applications / Technical Sales Manager to lead our Single-Use Solutions business for bioprocessing and sterile injectable manufacturing.

What You Will Do:

- Lead a team of Application Specialists to deliver innovative solutions for biopharma, vaccine, and biological manufacturers.

- Partner with commercial teams, product managers, and R&D to achieve business objectives.

- Identify, qualify, and prioritize project opportunities while providing technical and regulatory guidance.

- Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to guide future product development.

- Support customer audits, technical reviews, and qualification activities.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related engineering disciplines.

- 15+ years of industry experience in Biopharmaceuticals, Vaccines, or Sterile Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of bioprocessing workflows, GMP/cGMP, and regulatory expectations (FDA, EMA, MHRA, PMDA).

- Expertise in single-use technologies, extractables & leachables (E&L), and sterility assurance.

- Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
