The Opportunity:

Head - Service & Application is responsible to direct and develop the Service & Application team to achieve customer satisfaction for Diagnostics customers and ensure the growth and profitability of the service division.

Education

B.Tech. / M.E/MTech.

Experience:

- 5 -7 years of experience in handling technical team

- Experience of handling customer and team dynamics

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

- Analytical Skills

How You'll Thrive And Create An Impact:

- Implement various quality systems in service & Application team and ensure smooth implementation in the field.

- Optimal utilization of resources by outsourcing the services to Franchisee to enhance the efficiency and increase the profitability.

- Spare parts inventory management and control of SAN.

- Coordinate with principals on product development and negotiation of products and spares.

- Work closely with Sales team

- Customers, Distributors, Franchisee partners, Principal partners, Vendors, etc.

Working Conditions:
