Position Summary:

The role of Associate Program Manager is embedded within the MARS department of the JNV Program and is responsible for the design and implementation of programs within the department.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in planning and managing programs from initiation through delivery.

- College Visits, Outreach, Conduct orientation & Facilitate online/offline sessions with college beneficiaries for the program implementation.

- Plan, design and Implement program execution.

- Compile & maintain Database of the beneficiaries.

- Coordinate with project teams, resources, schedules, and communications.

- Solicit insights and feedback from beneficiaries and communicate to the stakeholders.

- Track project milestones, deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines.

- Monitor program performance using tools, dashboards, and metrics.

- Prepare regular reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

- Maintain program documentation and accessibility.

- Support resource allocation processes.

- Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and program retrospectives.

- Provide support to all teams within the organization.

Requirements

Education: MBA.

Experience:

- Minimum 2-5 years of work experience.

- Experience in the Non-Profit, Education sector preferred.

Skills:

- Excellent Computer skills (fluent with Google docs and spreadsheets).

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate a vision and strategy.
