Job Purpose:
Senior Business Transformation Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing new initiatives across the organization, driving transformative changes from inception to completion. This role plays a crucial part in our mission to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, streamline processes, and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within organization and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify new use cases/business models in lending space with respect our organization
- Take complete ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, timely delivery and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create solution document and maintain alignment with project goals
- Quality delivery, ensure first time right, bug free product delivery
- Ensure technology compliance by adhering guidelines from InfoSec, RBI & Industry best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, business models, industry trends, and emerging innovations
- Identify and performing feasibility study of the use case with respect our organization
- Preparing business case documents for the new use cases
- Creating requirement document and obtaining sign-off from all the stakeholders
- Partner with technology team and other stakeholders to facilitate creation of detailed solution document, define MVP, create release strategy and detailed project plan
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Prepare presentations for the updates to senior management
- Effective change management and prioritization aligning with business objectives
- Plan & Ensure adequate training is conducted with the end users
Required Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in product management/product development, preferably in the lending (BFSI/Fintechs).
- Strong knowledge of lending products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing lending products.
- Must have knowledge and experience in handling lending products.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in agile product development methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with design thinking and customer-centric product development.
Required Qualification:
- PG or Graduate (Engineering or Commerce)/ MCA/ MBA
- PSPO/CSPO certification will be an added advantage
