
Job Purpose
The Strategy Analyst in Strategy Office will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and providing analytical insights to inform key decisions.
This position requires a highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Assist in the development and refinement of the organizations overall strategic plan and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
2. Project Monitoring:
- Monitoring of Key Ongoing projects across all functions to ensure execution of the CEO strategy
- Follow up on milestones
3. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect, Analyze, and interpret data to provide insights into business performance and trends.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations that communicate complex data-driven insights to senior leadership.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to align strategic initiatives with the organizations goals.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Stakeholder management for business, compliance and partnerships & alliances
- Due diligence of sourcing & collection service providers
- Strategizing analytics, market insight/research and field input based changes in business
- Cross-functional coordination and solutioning
- Hands-on with presentation to Senior Leadership
Required Experience
- 3-5 years' experience Post MBA
- 1-2 years' experience Pre MBA preferred
Required Qualification
- MBA from a Premium Institute
