Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Support the formulation of 3 to 12 year strategic plans, annual operating plans, and growth roadmaps.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable initiatives, priorities, and projects.

- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives, track progress, identify deviations, propose corrective actions.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and scenario mapping.

- Identify growth opportunities (new products, geographies, segments) and threat mitigation strategies.

- Evaluate M&A, partnership, or alliance opportunities (diligence, synergies, value creation).

Business Case Development & Financial Modelling

- Develop detailed business cases, ROI models, sensitivity analysis for investments or new initiatives.

- Support budget planning, investment prioritization, resource allocation decisions.

- Track KPIs, dashboards, financial performance metrics, and present insights to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management

- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, regulatory, R&D teams to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated across functions.

- Assist with change management ensure alignment, communication, and stakeholder buy-in.

- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, strategy reviews, and working sessions.

Project Leadership & Governance

- Lead or co-lead strategic projects (e.g. new market entry, process redesign, cost optimization).

- Establish governance mechanisms steering committees, status reviews, risk assessments.

- Ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality for project outputs.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Define, monitor, and report KPIs, dashboards, scorecards to leadership.

- Provide insights, trends, and strategic recommendations based on data.

- Drive periodic reviews, assessments, and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.

- 3 to 12 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, business development, consulting, or market analytics roles.

- Experience in the medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or related highly regulated industry is a plus.

- Exposure to cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) and strategic projects.

- Proven track record in leading and executing strategic initiatives end-to-end.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, build business cases, financial modelling, scenario planning.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating change in a growing / dynamic environment.
