Role Description:
This strategic position for Dex & Bio is suited for individuals experienced in launching and scaling biologics portfolios across multi-city territories. The role demands analytical, planning, and execution skills with a sharp focus on revenue and impact.
Location : Chennai, TN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and convert high-potential markets for biologics.
- Work closely with KOLs, clinical institutions, and research facilities.
- Implement product launch plans and evaluate product performance.
- Facilitate distributor/channel partner development.
- Provide training and clinical support for the sales team.
- 50% Marketing and 50% of Sales activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Science, or related fields.
- 8+ years in healthcare strategy, product management, or biologics.
- Candidate from healthcare, medical devices and hospitals will be given more preferences.
- Strong business intelligence and interpersonal skills.
