Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define the short-term and long-term product strategy aligned with company vision.

- Analyze market trends, competition, customer insights, and clinical needs to identify new opportunities.

- Develop a robust product roadmap that balances innovation, profitability, and compliance.

2. Product Development & Launch

- Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to develop new products.

- Manage the product development lifecyclefrom concept, prototyping, testing, and regulatory approval to commercial launch.

- Drive launch readiness: pricing, packaging, positioning, marketing materials, and training.

3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

- Conduct detailed market studies, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback collection.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Recommend product improvements or extensions based on data-driven insights.

4. Sales & Marketing Enablement

- Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns, promotional materials, and product messaging.

- Support the sales team with product training, clinical insights, and value proposition articulation.

- Monitor sales performance, channel feedback, and customer satisfaction metrics.

5. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

- Manage existing product portfolios, ensuring they remain competitive and profitable.

- Recommend product rationalization, re-engineering, or discontinuation as required.

- Ensure continuous improvement based on post-market surveillance and user feedback.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Liaise with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.

- Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, or contract manufacturers when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Management.

- MBA in Marketing / Strategy preferred.

- 3-12 years of experience in Product Management within Medical Devices, Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Products.

- Demonstrated success in managing a full product lifecycle.

- Experience in regulatory compliance (for medical/health products) preferred.
