About the job:

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies.


- This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success.

Responsibilities:

- Drive PAN-India Market Expansion: Spearhead nationwide growth of Arthrex's Endoscopy portfolio, with a strong focus on capital equipment placements across general surgery, gynecology, urology, and ENT specialties.


- Champion Surgical Innovation: Deliver powerful clinical value messaging through OR demonstrations, live surgeries, and personalized surgeon engagement at a national scale.

- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, surgical departments, hospital chains, and institutional stakeholders across India.

- Lead a National Sales Force: Recruit, mentor, and inspire Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and Clinical Sales Specialists to consistently exceed business goals.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Education, Marketing, Product Management, and Service teams to deliver a seamless and superior customer experience across India.

- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously assess competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and emerging trends to shape business strategies.

- Compliance & Forecasting: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain a robust national pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts and insights to senior leadership.

Who You Are?

- Experience: 15+ years in medical device capital equipment sales, with a minimum of 5+ years in a national or senior leadership role; Endoscopy or Arthroscopy experience highly preferred.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- Expertise: Proven success in strategic sales leadership, OR engagement, and building/leading high-performance national teams.

- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities, with strong clinical acumen.

- Mindset: Purpose-driven, passionate about healthcare transformation, and committed to achieving results with integrity and impact.
