Sales Associate
Role Summary:
AuxoAI seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience. As a Sales Associate at AuxoAI, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored AI and data-driven solutions to B2B clients across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles from lead generation to client onboarding
- Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Engage with clients via calls, meetings, and demos to understand their needs and present tailored AI solutions
- Collaborate with project, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client objectives
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and project management tools
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering consistent value and post-sale engagement
- Represent AuxoAI at events, webinars, and community forums to boost brand visibility
- Track and report sales performance metrics and KPIs regularly to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in B2B/tech/AI domains)
- PGDM/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
- Strong track record in client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving revenue targets
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRMs
- Familiarity with project and task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong adaptability, leadership potential, and team collaboration mindset
