- The Opportunity Autonomize AI is seeking a Director of Engineering to drive technical excellence and scale our AI platform infrastructure.

- In this role, youll lead backend, ML, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions, ensure high-quality and timely releases, and build a thriving engineering culture.

- This is an opportunity to shape transformative technology in a global, fast-growing AI company What Youll Do Youll be the technical and cultural anchor for the region: Drive engineering excellence across LLM infra, platform orchestration, and backend systems

- Partner directly with the CTO and product teams to define and deliver our next-gen AI stack and help build out our Agentic AI Platform Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class team of engineers across backend, ML, and devops Own delivery of customer-critical features and scalable enterprise deployments

- Manage the overall Quality and Delivery for product and ensure timely delivery of releases Oversee our customer delivery teams and ensure delivery for customer engagements through the use of our platform components.

- Youre a Fit If You Have 14+ years in backend or platform engineering (Python, Go, or Node preferred) Proven track record of leading teams or orgs at scale (1050+ engineers) Startup or 01 experience building high-performance teams Passion for both code quality and human leadership Comfort navigating between strategy and execution
