Autodesk is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist / Scout in India to support the sourcing for APAC roles. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will identify and recruit the best talent from around the world. This is a contractual role with Autodesk. Talent Sourcing Specialist / Scout - Role (Contract) - Develop candidate pipeline using sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean Search, Headhunting, Cold calling and social networking sites to support the APAC Recruiting Team. - Engage with recruiters across APAC to understand the roles and deliver a qualified pipeline of candidates. - Source candidates ( active and passive job seekers), exercise market intelligence to find candidates on platforms like Linkedin. - Fully evaluate candidates background against the requirements provided by recruiter, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System). - Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research activities. - Graduate or Post Graduation. Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques. Prior recruiting experiences in a Agency/Consulting firm a plus. - Target Oriented. Strong organization and attention to detail skills. - Ability to work in team and individual environments. - Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
