Job Title : HR Manager - North Region (Delhi, UP, Uttarakhand, Noida).
Department : People & Culture.
Location : Delhi / NCR (with travel across UP & Uttarakhand as required).
Experience: 8-15 Years in HR (Automotive / Retail / Multi-branch preferred).
Reports To : Head - Human Resources / Regional HR Head.
Role Overview:
- The HR Manager - North Region will lead end-to-end HR operations across the Delhi, UP, Uttarakhand, and Noida branches.
- This role is responsible for overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compliance, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement for the region.
- The position demands strong leadership capability, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing multi-location business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning.
- Lead hiring for all roles across sales, service, operations, and support functions for the North Region.
- Work closely with regional business heads to forecast manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions through effective sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
- Manage relationships with consultants, job portals, and other recruitment partners.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance across all branches (Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with Corporate HR for policy implementation, audits, and HR system processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all employee-related matters in the region.
- Handle grievances, discipline, counselling, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational culture and values.
- Conduct regular branch visits to understand ground-level issues and provide HR support.
Performance Management & Capability Building:
- Support implementation of PMS across regional teams.
- Ensure clarity on goals, KRAs, and review timelines.
- Coordinate with L&D for training needs identification and execution of training sessions.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers for improvement.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain HR dashboards for manpower, recruitment, attrition, ER cases, and compliance status.
- Provide regular MIS reports to Corporate HR and regional leadership.
- Support strategic HR decisions with data-driven insights.
- Cultural Alignment & Leadership Support.
- Champion the People & Culture vision of Autobahn within the region.
- Work with leadership to build a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.
- Ensure continuous communication between regional teams and the HO HR team.
Qualifications & SkillsEducational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration.
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
Professional Experience:
- 8-12 years of HR generalist experience.
- Experience managing HR for multiple branches/locations.
- Automotive, manufacturing, or retail dealership industry experience preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
