Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with leaders to align hiring targets and drive recruitment efforts to meet those targets. - Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for both Tech and Non-Tech functions. - Utilize various channels and platforms to actively source candidates. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent needs. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with interview panel members, ensuring candidates are engaged throughout the process. - Conduct negotiations with candidates, providing clear communication about the role, company goals, and vision. - Act as a supportive point of contact for candidates, assisting them throughout the onboarding process. - Prioritize and maintain a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience. - Manage employee referrals and foster strong relationships with recruitment partners and agencies. - Regularly interact with hiring managers to understand and identify staffing requirements. - Maintaining MIS of candidate's database, Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly recruitment report. - Proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues by tracking relevant KPIs like time to closure, average days to interview, offer, joining etc. Must have work Experience: - 3-7 years of work experience in sourcing and managing end to end recruitment process. - Should have managed corporate level mid and senior level hiring. - Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network, referencing. - Evolve sourcing & recruiting strategy to effectively meet hiring needs. Qualification & Functional Skills: - B-Tech with MBA is a must. - Deep understanding of the various Technology, Sales, Operations roles in a SaaS company and the skills required to fill these roles. - Thrives in a primarily autonomous role and demonstrates strong organizational skills. - Enjoys holding meaningful conversation with a variety of stakeholders and works well in a fast-paced team environment. - Demonstrates a track record of continuous learning and improvement of skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
