Responsibilities:.

- Take ownership of revenue recognition and ensure accuracy during monthly and quarterly financial closes - your inputs directly influence strategic planning and forecasting.

- Design and maintain strong billing processes that ensure timely and consistent revenue capture - a critical driver of the company's financial health.

- Ensure end-to-end control over billing, reconciliation, and revenue tracking - aligning with the company's growth strategy and compliance needs.

- Serve as the audit-ready expert - maintain transparent documentation and support internal and external audits with confidence.

- Drive collections by building strong vendor/client relationships - every rupee you recover accelerates our financial momentum.

- Craft data-backed insights through MIS - support leadership decisions with accurate, timely reports and revenue intelligence.

- Play a pivotal role in client negotiations - manage agreements and commercial structures that balance client needs and company interests.

- Lead with clarity - guide a high-performing team and instill discipline, structure, and accountability.

- Identify risks and implement strong financial controls - your work ensures a secure and scalable billing infrastructure.

Required Skills:.

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Billing, and Collections.

- Deep understanding of revenue processes and commercial contracts.

- Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.

- Team leadership with a strategic mindset.

- Hands-on with billing systems and reporting tool.
