Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales operations from our Kolkata location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base

- Manage and grow key B2B accounts by building strong client relationships

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities

- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals

- Ensure timely forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking of sales metrics

- Conduct regular client meetings, product demos, and relationship-building initiatives

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

- Drive customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring high service standards

- Maintain and enhance brand presence across markets through consistent engagement

Required Skillsets:

- Proven track record in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the jewelry industry

- Strong understanding of sales lifecycle, negotiation, and client acquisition

- Experience in handling regional/national-level sales operations

- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, forecast trends, and generate insights

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong business acumen with an eye for design and luxury market behavior

- Willingness to travel as required across markets and counters

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
