- We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness for our medical equipment products.

About the Role:

- The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:

- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage Digital Channels:

- Oversee company website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

- Ensure all digital channels are aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Content Creation and Management:

- Develop and curate high-quality content for digital channels (e.g., product information, case studies, thought leadership pieces).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management and sales) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

- Manage SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage healthcare professionals, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor and respond to online comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner.

Email Marketing and Lead Generation:

- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

- Develop lead generation strategies to capture and qualify leads.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates).

- Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with medical industry regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines, CE marking).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the medical technology industry.

- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of medical industry trends, regulations, and compliance.

- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.

- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud).

Required Skills:
