Job Purpose: Holding sole responsibility for the success of the region and its executives Mentoring and guiding team on all aspects of efficient implementation Identify and Building KOLs Fulfill organizational expectation for the region with able leadership.

Major Accountabilities:

- Commercially Responsible for driving and achieving the targeted unit growth.

- through Ensuring implementation of sales processes by his team.

- Ensuring implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

- Ensuring achievement of monthly unit wise targets through customer wise & product wise targeting and sales achievement.

- Maintaining OR growing unit wise ASP.

- Submission of Tour plans and adherence.

- Responsible for managing key accounts with growth in the designated region.

- Maintaining customer relationship with key customers with visits that will support respective ME who is the first owner of the customer.

- Provide business plans within organization norms (or with minimum deviation) to achieve desired results from an account.

- Customer retention with clear win-win solutions.

Job Location:

Delhi & Meerut.

- Ophthalmic experience is mandatory-
