Auro Realty - Deputy General Manager - Finishes

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage the execution of high-end finishes for our premium residential project. The Deputy General Manager Finishes will be responsible for ensuring world-class quality, timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to design standards across all finishing works, while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all finishing works (internal & external) including flooring, cladding, false ceiling, joinery, doors, windows, painting, modular works, bathroom/kitchen finishes, faade finishes, and landscaping interfaces.

- Review GFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate execution of finishing activities.

- Drive execution of luxury/high-end finishes with international quality standards.

- Ensure timely availability of materials, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.

- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, contracts, and MEP teams for seamless execution.

- Resolve site-level technical issues and provide solutions without affecting project timelines.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

- Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and quality audits.

- Implement quality control systems and ensure mock-ups/samples are approved prior to mass execution.

- Drive cost optimization while maintaining uncompromised quality and timely delivery.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders for approvals and updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred: additional certification in Project Management / Interior Finishes).

- 15 to 18 years of experience in handling high-rise residential/commercial finishing works.

- Proven track record of managing luxury/high-end finishes in large-scale residential projects.

- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, global standards, and execution methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
