About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with deep experience in Cybersecurity and IT Services to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign performance across digital channels.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the technology landscape, security buyer personas (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors), and can execute marketing programs that convert high-value traffic into qualified leads.

- You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to position our cybersecurity and IT offerings effectively in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to cybersecurity and IT services.

- Plan, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display networks, and retargeting platforms.

- Create targeted campaigns aligned with security solutions such as SOC services, MDR, vulnerability management, cloud security, network security, etc.

- Manage ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns targeting CISOs, IT leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.

- Content Marketing & Thought Leadership - Create high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, infographics, case studies, email sequences, and landing pages.

- Work with SMEs to translate technical security topics into value-driven marketing content.

- Develop SEO-optimized content targeting keywords related to cybersecurity and IT services.

- Support webinars, virtual events, and cybersecurity awareness campaigns.

- SEO & Website Optimization - Conduct keyword research tailored to cybersecurity, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST), and IT service offerings.

- Optimize on-page SEO, technical SEO, backlinks, and site structure for improved ranking.

- Manage landing page performance, A/B testing, and CRO to improve lead conversion.

Social Media & Brand Awareness:

- Manage organic and paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and industry communities.

- Drive engagement with cybersecurity updates, threat insights, and technical content.

- Build brand authority by promoting product updates, security advisories, and success stories.

Marketing Automation & CRM:

- Create automated workflows, lead nurture sequences, and drip campaigns using HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.

- Run segmented email campaigns for prospects, leads, and existing clients.

- Ensure proper tracking, scoring, and qualification of leads (MQLs > SQLs) in collaboration with the sales team.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor and measure campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.

- Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, CPL, ROI, keyword rankings, and funnel performance.

- Provide recommendations for optimization based on data insights.

Competitor Research & Market Intelligence:

- Track cybersecurity market trends, threat landscapes, new regulations, and competitor strategies.

- Identify opportunities to differentiate and improve digital positioning.

- Support product marketing with competitive analysis and messaging development
