Job Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- At least 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager.

- Must have experience in the Banking or Insurance domain.

- UK travel/work experience is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in project planning, effort estimation, budgeting, and costing.

- Good people management skills, with experience managing a team of at least 5 members.

- Strong ability to manage client expectations and relationships.

- Good technical and functional problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.

- Hands-on or working knowledge of Java, Oracle/MS SQL, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
