Aurigo Software Technologies - Senior Marketing Communications Manager

Role Overview:

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a senior marketing communications leader to shape the company's narrative and drive external visibility.

This individual will oversee the communications function - spanning strategic communications, PR and media relations, and employer branding - and will be the single accountable leader ensuring Aurigo's voice is credible and consistent across all channels and audiences.

This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with responsibility for advising senior leadership, managing agency and media relationships, and building a high-performing communications team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute Aurigos corporate communications, PR, and employer branding strategy.

- Lead media relations, executive positioning, thought leadership, and speaking engagements.

- Manage social media, digital presence, and brand reputation across markets.

- Partner with leadership to craft compelling narratives for Aurigos AI-native platform and business growth.

Requirements:

- 8+ years in Corporate/Marketing Communications within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with expertise in PR, media relations, executive communications, and employer branding.

- Strong storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience partnering with C-suite leaders and representing organizations externally.

- Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling, audience-focused messaging.

- Proven people leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience with the US public sector, infrastructure, or capital programs is a plus.
