Role Description:

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking an experienced marketing operations manager to support our fast-growing enterprise software solutions. This will be a key position at the heart of our marketing and business development engines, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns for a groundbreaking SaaS company. Aurigo is the leading provider of capital program software for the North American market and has recently been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States.

You will support a variety of sales and marketing initiatives with process ownership, reporting operations, and technical setup, and use data-driven decisions to maximize the company's reach into our target accounts. As an expert in sales and marketing technologies, you will advise the company on specific applications to improve engagement with our prospects.

Key responsibilities:

- Implement the company's go-to-market strategy by operationalizing target accounts, personas, messaging, and territory management for marketing and sales. Use ABM and other approaches to maximize market penetration.

- Act as the company's data architect for all activities along the customer journey, from market definition to our marketing and sales funnels.

- Oversee key applications such as Salesforce and Pardot as business owner and ensure all sales and marketing team members have the data needed to execute their jobs successfully. Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce and other sources.

- Own alignment between sales and marketing departments, and top-of-funnel processes for handoff between demand generation and business development.

- Work with sales and marketing leadership to define the annual demand generation plan across all channels that aligns with the company's overall strategy.

- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, sales funnel performance, forecasts and quotas, and makes recommendations to improve execution. Set up executive reporting and business intelligence for all sales and marketing metrics.

- Build relationships and collaborate with key internal stakeholders across the company on special initiatives in marketing and business development.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of sales and marketing operations experience in the B2B software space.

- Highly experienced in designing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with sales and marketing processes at an established software house.

- Highly knowledgeable about sales and marketing automation tools and digital strategies for driving lead generation.

- Excellent command of business writing and ability to own the production of outstanding email and digital content. Demonstrated ability to build compelling nurture campaigns to drive demand generation.

- High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously.

- Experience building and running a small team of analysts and operations staff.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. MBA highly preferred.

- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team.

- Understanding of the United States public sector or engineering and construction software is desirable.
