Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure the marketing database is built and maintained with the right accounts and individuals in our target markets

- Set standards around database health and partner with the marketing leadership team to develop strategies to improve the quality and health of our database

- Track, measure, and report on growth and account-level metrics using Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

- Build and maintain custom dashboards to monitor performance and present clear, actionable insights.

- Manage the marketing technology stack, research, and recommend additional technologies to improve lead generation and conversions

- Work closely with other marketing team members to assess where technology and automation can be used to track top of funnel metrics.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 8-10 years of marketing operations/database management/business operations experience in the B2B software space

- Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM

- Solid analytical and data skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools) to translate data into actionable insights

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field

- Excellent command of business writing and ability to own the production of outstanding email and digital content

- High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously

- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team

- Understanding of United States public sector and capital program markets highly preferred
