Role Description:

Aurigo is seeking an experienced B2B SaaS marketing professional to advance our strategic communications initiatives and support senior leadership in articulating business priorities with clarity and impact. In this role, you will translate complex ideas into cohesive, audience-ready narratives across board and investor discussions, customer engagements, industry events, strategic partnership conversations, and other leadership forums.

You will manage a diverse set of high-visibility communications projects, including supporting public relations and media efforts, strengthening Aurigo's employer brand, and enabling partnership and industry engagement initiatives through clear storytelling and disciplined execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, strategy, leadership communication, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Aurigo's strategic communications initiatives by shaping clear, consistent corporate and leadership narratives across internal and external audiences.

- Own the development of high-impact, executive-ready presentation decks for leadership reviews, board and investor discussions, customer engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships, ensuring strong storyline structure, visual clarity, and message discipline.

- Anticipate leadership communication needs and proactively manage high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

- Identify thought leadership opportunities and shape executive positioning in priority markets to strengthen brand authority and visibility.

- Conceptualize and develop leadership and employer brand video narratives (e.g., executive spotlight features, culture stories, campaign videos), partnering with internal teams and external agencies to bring stories to life.

- Manage agency relationships and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand communication assets.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, HR, sales, and leadership teams to enable consistent storytelling and effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or PR roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to build structured, high-impact presentation narratives.

- Strong ability to distil complex business inputs into clear, audience-ready messaging tailored to leadership, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and responsiveness in high-visibility environments.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables in parallel while maintaining quality and consistency.
