Primary Responsibilities:   - Act as the main point of contact to help respond to client RFx   - Create RFP/RFI outline to fully address and track the proposal requirements   - Meeting coordination and calendar management   - Opportunity Pursuit SharePoint site setup and maintenance   - Coordinating and facilitating proposal review meetings   - Formulating win strategies, identifying value propositions and articulating organizations differentiation by studying competitor space   - Produce cohesive, well-organized proposals and oral presentations that are focused and responsive to customer-defined requirements   - Participate in solution design, estimation and resourcing activities   Desired Skills and Experience:   - 5 to 8 years of experience in Proposal/Bid management.   - Engineering graduate with MBA having strong technical acumen.   - Bid/Proposal writing experience in the US geography (Preferably handled public sector proposals). Handles each aspect of the bid writing process - template creation, graphic creation, assembling boiler plate information, writing executive summaries, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, consolidating information and assembling based on the overall flow.   - Preferably worked on Product Proposals or worked in a Product Company   - Enterprising, self-driven and proven track record in uncompromising quality   - Excellent Oral and Written communication  Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
