Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across key markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales operations, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring sales teams, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed
