Job Summary:

- We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Development Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our sales pipeline.

- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling outbound and inbound lead generation efforts, improving conversion rates, and aligning sales development strategies with broader revenue goals.

- As a key player in our growth engine, you will develop the SDR team through coaching, performance management, and data-driven process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve lead generation and qualification targets.

- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize lead flow.

- Monitor team performance metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversions) and report on KPIs regularly.

- Implement sales enablement tools and training to improve messaging, objection handling, and product knowledge.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead hand-off and optimize conversion from MQL to SQL.

- Refine lead qualification processes to target the right personas and verticals.

- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new SDRs.

- Conduct regular coaching sessions, role-plays, and performance reviews.

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record in managing or scaling a high-performing SDR/BDR team.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification methodologies (e.g , BANT, MEDDIC).

- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g , Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g , Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
