Job Objective:
Provide leadership expertise that constantly ensures effective and efficient operations of the units, including the achievement of stated operational goals, profitability objectives, and constant innovation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Possess skills for Pre-Opening set up of club operations
- Run the Operations in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies as set out by the company.
- Control, monitor and analyze on an on-going basis, in order to optimize the following:
- Quality levels of product and service
- Guest satisfaction
- Marketing
- Operating costs
- Sanitation and cleanliness (hygiene)
- Optimize Sales and reduce costs to ensure maximum profit is achieved.
- Maximization of room revenue and to identify new business by generating new leads
- Facilitate corporate communication, brand image building, and awareness campaigns in coordination with the Sales & Marketing dept.
- Prepares annual budget and business plan to ensure the smooth operation of Club, set financial goals, and plan expenses. Monitors actual sales and revenues to determine variance and assess goal accomplishments.
- Align plans with business strategy; understand short- and long-term impact of business decisions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Supervise the functioning of all employees and facilities as per the standard operating procedures & management guidelines.
- Calendar based adherence and implementation, audits and fine tuning of all SOPs.
- Provide periodic reports, data & analysis as specified from time to time by the management
- Lead, train, motivate & monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Manage and redesign processes for optimal value by encouraging and actively participating in process improvement methods while measuring results
- Effectively use and promote technology to support productivity, profitability, and change; seek opportunities to use technology to enhance the customer experience
- Identify, integrate, and transfer internal and external best practices into operational processes; leverage best practices to innovate and improve the way work gets done
