Aura - Co-Founder (4-10 yrs)
Aura is one of a robust NFT infrastructure that covers all bases right from creation, storage, distribution and exchange for the gaming community. With a host of offerings like a dedicated marketplace that enables cross game discovery and multi token facilitation, we're also expanding into larger avenues like developer SDKs for gaming studios and a suite of services to improve and in turn dive deeper into web3 gaming space. We're a decentralized ecosystem that strives to integrate cutting edge blockchain technology and innovation into the community and take the level of web3 gaming to its true potential. You will work with blockchain partners like Polygon, Solana, Ethereum, Binance, etc
We are looking for an ambitious, creative and energetic Co-founder to help us expand our business. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth and forging strong relationships with clients. You will play a critical role in every stage of Product Development, right from Design & Development to Launch and Sales of the product. Your focus will be on the long-term sustainability and improvement to help the business grow; such that even with predefined roles, a Co-founder must pivot as market and time demands.
- Identify Market Opportunities
- Before a product can enter the market, you will need to identify opportunities or areas where consumers may want or need a product that does not yet exist. A successful Co-founder takes a big-picture view of their market segment or industry, identifies what is working and what needs are not yet being addressed, and determines whether that market presents an opportunity to establish and grow a successful company within that space.
- Manage Product Development
- You will play an important role in product development and implementation from business point of view. This aspect of the role is hands-on and critical, as successful product development can determine whether a new venture is ultimately successful.
- Direct Marketing and Promotion
- Will be responsible for conducting early marketing and promotion of the product. Well before a product launch, you will need to network and build the future and ensure that there is high demand in the market. This part of the job can include building a social media presence, crafting press releases, and attending industry events to build word of mouth.
- Build and Lead Teams
- As the company grows, you will need to build and lead effective teams. This aspect of the role involves high level decision making as well as the ability to identify areas where it benefits the company to bring in new personnel. The ability to inspire and lead teams helps companies scale up as their market share and helps hire and retain staff members who are dedicated to the company's success.
Skills and Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone who has the dedication to own the product. Should be a self starter and should have aggression to work beyond the job role at hand
- Advanced demonstrated experience in Business Development. Experience in Gaming background is mandatory
- International Business Development experience is good to have since most of our partners are based out of India
- Willing to travel overseas regularly for meetings, conference, partnership meetings, etc
- You will need to balance big-picture thinking with the day-to-day tasks that go into building a successful organization
