A leading player in Indian Capital Markets is hiring a "RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - INSTITUTIONAL EQUITY SALES" at MUMBAI.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Cultivate relationships with institutional portfolio managers and deliver superior investment ideas. (It includes Day to day management of relationships with buy-side analysts, Mutual Fund managers & dealers of Mutual funds, PMSs and Bank Treasuries to generate daily/weekly trading business with the Firm).
- Manage company and analyst marketing, meetings, conference calls, and industry events with clients in a demanding, entrepreneurial and dynamic team environment.
- Provide 'daily' research calls & markets information communication to the assigned accounts.
- Coordinate travel schedule of Research team and various Corporate teams to conduct Road Shows, etc for investor meetings.
- To build the relationship with potential new institutional investor clients through leveraging the strength of AUM Capital, and to ensure empanelment of the firm.
- To represent the firm in various market events , like 'analyst meets' done by corporates, institutions, etc.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- The ideal candidate for the above-mentioned role should be from capital markets back-ground having understanding of Equity Markets and Research ideas.
- The applicant should have prior experience (atleast 5+ years) in 'selling' research and stock ideas to institutional Investors (Mutual Funds / PMSs / Bank Treasuries, etc.).
- The position is based in Mumbai.
- The preferred candidate must be tracking Indian capital markets in either Equity Research or Institutional Equity Sales.
- MBA/CFA degree is desirable.
- Must have excellent communication skills & pleasant personality
- 5 to 8+ years experience.
- Remuneration (Fixed + Variable) will 'not be a constraint' for the right candidate.
