Role Objective:
We are looking for a mid-level Sales Relationship Manager to drive primary and secondary bond sales on the BondVue platform. This role is outcome-oriented and revenue-linked, with a clear expectation of generating 2x to 3x of fixed compensation in platform revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive bond and fixed-income product sales through the BondVue platform (NCDs, corporate bonds, structured debt, etc.).
- Acquire and manage HNI / affluent retail investors, family offices, and distribution partners where relevant.
- Build strong investor relationships and act as a trusted RM for fixed-income allocations.
- Actively convert inbound leads and independently generate new business through personal networks.
- Clearly explain yields, risks, tenors, structures, and tax implications of bond products to investors.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution and closures.
- Maintain strong revenue discipline with focus on ticket size, velocity, and repeat transactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4-8 years of experience in fixed-income / bond sales.
- Prior experience with online bond platforms, wealth-tech platforms, or fixed-income desks is mandatory.
- Proven track record of closing bond deals and generating consistent revenue.
- Not too senior (hands-on seller mindset required), not too junior (must independently close deals).
Strong understanding of:
- Corporate bonds & NCD structures
- Yield vs price dynamics
- Credit risk & ratings
- Retail and HNI investor behavior
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with variable-heavy compensation.
Compensation Structure:
- Moderate fixed salary + high performance-linked incentives.
- Clear expectation of generating 2-3x (or more) of fixed compensation in revenues.
- Upside is uncapped and directly linked to individual performance.
