About the role:
We are expanding rapidly and looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can build and scale multi-region acquisition engines, optimize revenue funnels, and drive predictable growth across international markets.
This is a high-ownership role where you will architect global paid strategy, manage multi-region budgets, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams.
What You Will Lead:
Global Acquisition Strategy & Execution.
- Build and execute performance marketing strategies across India, UK, Middle East, US, Africa & APAC.
- Customize campaigns by region to match healthcare market maturity, personas, and platform trends.
- Manage full-funnel acquisition for trials, demos, POCs, and paid conversions.
Multi-Region Paid Media Management.
- Run paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, programmatic platforms.
- Own regional budgets with clear CAC, CPL, CPA, and pipeline-generation targets.
- Scale successful channels and test new ones across mature and emerging markets.
- Build persona-specific targeting for clinicians, hospitals, CIOs, radiologists, and specialists.
CRM & Automation (Global Nurture).
- Build global nurture sequences for different funnels (inbound, outbound, partner-led).
- Optimize automation flows across HubSpot.
- Personalize messaging by geography and buyer persona.
Funnel, Attribution & Conversion Optimization.
- Continuously improve landing pages for each region with A/B tests.
- Optimize conversion rates from first click - MQL - SQL - demo - activation.
- Use advanced attribution models (multi-touch, data-driven, first/last touch).
- Collaborate with global growth teams to improve funnel drop-offs.
Creative Strategy for Global Markets.
- Work with content, and design team to produce localized creatives.
- Craft high-impact global ad copies, video briefs, banners & doctor-led content.
- Build weekly dashboards for CAC, LTV, channel performance, and market-level ROI.
- Provide insights to leadership for expansion planning and GTM models.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on global cohorts and growth opportunities.
What You Bring.
- 4-6 years in performance marketing, preferably in SaaS/B2B/healthcare/tech.
- Proven experience running campaigns in multiple regions (India + at least one international market).
