Audit Manager - US Hospital Segment

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Audit Manager with strong hands-on experience in US Hospital Audits. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in US Audit, along with the ability to lead audit engagements, review work, and coach and develop audit staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee US Hospital Audit engagements from planning through completion.

- Perform and review audit procedures in accordance with US GAAS and applicable accounting standards.

- Review audit workpapers and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with professional standards.

- Lead and supervise audit teams, including assigning work and monitoring engagement progress.

- Coach, train, and mentor staff to improve technical and audit skills.

- Communicate effectively with engagement teams and clients regarding audit findings and requirements.

- Identify audit issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Support continuous improvement of audit processes and quality assurance.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 7 - 10 years of relevant US Audit experience.

- Specific hands-on Hospital Audit experience within the healthcare segment is mandatory.

- Strong experience in reviewing audit work and maintaining quality standards.

- Proven ability to coach, train, and mentor audit staff.

- Strong knowledge of US auditing standards and audit methodologies.

- Willingness to work from Ahmedabad or Hyderabad.

Nice-to-Have:

- Active CPA License Or CA.

- Valid US Visa and ability to travel to the US, if required.

- Experience with Single Audits.

Screening Priority:

- Hospital Audit experience must be specifically validated during the initial screening. Candidates with general healthcare audit/accounting experience but no direct Hospital Audit experience should not be shortlisted.
