Audit Manager - CA

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and post-funding compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, compliance management, and providing insights to support post-investment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and perform operational and financial audits.

- Identify business process risks and evaluate internal control system

- Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

- Manage post-funding financial compliance and reporting requirements.

- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, working capital, and key financial metrics to assess business health.

- Identify financial risks, quality of earnings, and potential red flags in financial reports.

- Work closely with legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive deal assessment.

- Assist in valuation exercises by analyzing historical and projected financial performance.

- Monitor adherence to tax, legal, and financial compliance post-funding.

- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes impacting transactions.
