Job Summary

- We're looking for an experienced Audit Manager with 3-8 years of experience to join our team in New Delhi.

- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in audit and compliance.

- In this role, you'll be responsible for managing audit assignments from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- You'll lead and mentor an audit team, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit Leadership & Oversight: Lead, supervise, and review all audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients, including corporate, government, and non-profit organizations.

- You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective audit plans and strategies to ensure timely and thorough completion.

- Risk & Compliance Management: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify internal control weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations.

- You will ensure full compliance with key accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP, as well as all relevant regulatory requirements.

- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and meticulously review audit reports, working papers, and financial statements.

- You'll ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligns with professional standards.

- Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and mentor audit staff, providing them with guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.

- You'll foster a high-performance environment and support the growth of your team members.

- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong and proactive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.

- You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams, including tax, advisory, and legal, to support a holistic approach to client service.

- Business Development: Actively support business development initiatives, including proposal writing for new audit opportunities.

- You'll stay updated on industry trends, accounting regulations, and auditing techniques to provide a competitive edge.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3-8 years of professional experience in an audit role.

- Technical Skills: Proven ability to lead and supervise audit assignments.

- Compliance: Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.

- Management: Experience in managing and mentoring a team.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships and preparing detailed reports.

- Problem-Solving: The ability to conduct risk assessments and provide effective solutions
