US Shift Hours: 12 pm to 9 pm

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Leader to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor audit teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Non-Profit Organizations (NFP), Employee Benefit Plans (EBP), and Commercial Audits, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through completion.

- Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure quality and compliance.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit teams.

- Ensure adherence to applicable auditing standards, accounting principles, and firm methodologies.

- Identify risks, resolve complex audit issues, and provide practical recommendations.

- Coordinate engagement timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Participate in staff development, performance reviews, and training initiatives.

Preference:

A CA/CPA-qualified audit professional with 10+ years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in NFP, EBP, and Commercial audits.

Skills:

Required Qualifications:

- CA or CPA qualification is mandatory.

- 10+ years of audit experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.

Strong experience in:

i. Non-Profit Organization (NFP) Audits

ii. Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audits

iii. Commercial Audits

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong communication is a must).

- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading audit teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
