Audit Leader - CA

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Leader to join our growing accounting and business consulting practice in Gandhinagar. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead complex audit engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, including Not-for-Profit (NFP) organizations, Employee Benefit Plans (EBP), and commercial enterprises.

You will lead high-performing teams through the full audit lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless project delivery. By fostering strong client relationships and providing strategic insights, you will directly influence the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the regional consulting landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct end-to-end statutory audits for a diverse client base to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Manage complex client engagements by coordinating with stakeholders to resolve technical accounting issues and maintain project timelines.

- Oversee the audit process for NFP and EBP sectors, ensuring specialized reporting requirements are met with precision and transparency.

- Mentor and lead audit teams, providing technical guidance and performance feedback to foster professional growth and high-quality deliverables.

- Drive business development initiatives by identifying client needs and proposing value-added consulting solutions that enhance firm revenue.

- Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all audit documentation to mitigate risk and uphold the firms reputation for excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 9-12 years of progressive experience in statutory and commercial audits.

- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in financial reporting, audit methodology, and regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to NFP and EBP sectors.

- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex client negotiations.

- Showcase a proven track record of managing large-scale audit engagements and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
