Audit Head - Global Internal Technology - Center of Excellence

We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity for the role of Sr. Manager Global Internal Audit COE.

Our client is global MNC looking for a Sr. Internal Audit leader

- Spearheaded internal Audit globally, Business process audits, ITGC/ITACs end-end audits, walkthroughs, SOC 1/2 reviews etc..

- Expertise in SOX 302/404 implementation, Technology risks, ITGC audits, Change management, ITSM audits, cybersecurity, AI risk & compliance, cloud security & Risk and governance.

- Spearheaded GRC automation tool implementation, improving SOX and audit efficiency.

- Have strong experience in leading cybersecurity, AI risk governance and compliance, Cloud security in relation to various regulatory standards.

- Established Centre of Excellence (COEs) in India, standardizing global risk practices & Internal audit transformation.

- Have driven multiple process automation, controls, risk framework upliftment programs.

- Provided risk advice to various business to evaluate the Technology risks pertaining to system design, AwS cloud migrations/DHP services.

- led and implement strong AI controls framework inclusive of controls testing,

- inherent risk assessments for new AI technology and products across businesses.

- Lead transformation projects across various entities.

- Directed Internal Audit (IA) planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up with process/control owners, strengthening governance.

- Strong internal audit leader with automation and transformation expertise is required.

- 12-18 Years of strong experience from Product & Technology companies would be perfect for this role.
