Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified professional with 5 - 7 years of post-qualification experience in the banking or NBFC sector to join our Audit Intelligence Unit (AIU). The ideal candidate should have experience in internal audit, risk management, regulatory compliance, policy drafting, and process control, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support audit strategy development and implementation of best practices across the organization.

- Identify risks, evaluate internal controls, and recommend process improvements.

- Draft and review policies, procedures, and process documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with Compliance and other cross-functional teams to interpret regulatory expectations and ensure timely, accurate regulatory submissions.

- Support regulatory implementations and ensure adherence to applicable guidelines and internal policies.

- Conduct and support internal audits, risk assessments, and process reviews.

- Analyze data using Advanced MS Excel and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to address audit observations, close control gaps, and strengthen operational effectiveness.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of audit frameworks, strategies, and process improvement initiatives.

- Support team coordination and management, where required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- CA / CIA / MBA with 5 - 7 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in the banking or NBFC sector across audit, risk management, compliance, or process control.

- Hands-on experience in policy drafting, process documentation, and regulatory implementation.

- Good understanding of internal audit, risk identification, and control improvement.

- Experience in handling regulatory requirements and ensuring accurate, timely data submissions.

- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, data analysis, and management reporting.

- Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
