AU Small Finance Bank - Underwriter - Cyber

Core Responsibility:

- As an Underwriter you will be responsible to manage all Bank policy which includes Banker's Indemnity, Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O), Fiduciary, Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Employee's Benefit and Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL), K&R, Cyber & Cards Policy.

- Analyse risk factors associated with insuring a particular property or individual, such as location, occupation, past claims, and industry trends. Use this analysis to determine the level of coverage to be provided and negotiate with insurer at appropriate premiums.

- Determine the appropriate type and amount of coverage based on individual risk profiles. This includes evaluating policy terms, such as deductibles, exclusions and coverage limits and making recommendations to clients accordingly.

- Conduct periodic audits of existing policies to ensure ongoing compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and identify any changes in risk profiles that may require adjustments to coverage or premiums.

- Review and evaluate upcoming renewals in a thorough and timely manner.

- Negotiate and define the specific terms of insurance policies.

- Moderate years of underwriting experience in Property, professional liability and cyber risk underwriting.

- MBA, FIII Preferred.
