AU Small Finance Bank - Manager - Business Reporting & Analytics - Bancassurance

About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager - Business Reporting & Analytics to drive MIS, reporting, performance analytics, and business insights that support growth, productivity, and strategic decision-making across the Bancassurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage business MIS, dashboards, and automated reporting frameworks.

- Track sales, revenue, persistency, productivity, and customer performance metrics.

- Analyze business trends and identify opportunities to improve growth and profitability.

- Create actionable insights for leadership through data visualization and analytics.

- Partner with Sales, Distribution, Product, and Operations teams to support business planning.

- Drive reporting automation, data accuracy, and governance standards.

- Support digital and analytics-led business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

- 5 - 10 years of experience in MIS, Business Reporting, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Bancassurance preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in reporting automation and dashboarding.

- Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning.

- Ability to convert data into business insights.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
